(0:54) My guest today is Yuri Kocar. (0:57) Yuri is the CEO of Somovatic an organization that’s helped over 100,000 people in their (1:02) home and office environments experience better sleep, more energy, mental clarity and focus (1:07) throughout the day. (1:08) This is achieved by using a functional and frequency therapy device that harmonizes the (1:13) adverse effects of EMS and much more all backed by science and thousands of client positive (1:18) experiences.
(1:20) As an endless optimist with a passion for building and growing new innovative projects, Yuri(1:24) has many key insights into how to achieve optimal health. (1:27) Yuri, welcome to the show.(1:29) Thank you for having me.
(1:30) Yeah, it’s a pleasure to have you on. (1:32) You know, all questions I like to ask is what is your origin story? (1:37) How did Somovatic all come to be? (1:41) Yes, that’s a good question. (1:44) So I’m the CEO, but there’s an inventor, a friend of mine who basically invented the (1:51) Somovatic.
(1:52) And as with lots of, you know, other similar stories with, you know, technologies or supplement, (2:00) it was, you know, necessity is the mother of invention. (2:04) So he was struggling with his health, some organ problems and lupus and things like that. (2:12) And doctors basically were just giving him pills.
(2:16) And so he wanted to do something more. (2:22) And he has done his research and found out that some of the root cause of the problems (2:29) he was suffering with were like EMFs, electromagnetic frequencies and geopedic zones. (2:38) So he turned to Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine and different healing modalities of precious (2:43) stones and minerals.
(2:44) And when he’s like an IT and mathematician, he combined like all of that together. (2:51) And after, you know, like months of experience, like experimentation, he found out that it’s (2:59) helping him. (3:01) So then he was helping like the family and friends that was working as well.
(3:06) And eventually he decided, you know, to put all the knowledge and experience into a device, (3:12) you know, that can help much, much more people around the world. (3:17) And so this was in 2011. (3:20) So yeah, this is the story in like really like a nutshell.
(3:25) Yeah, I really like that, you know, combining, you know, nature’s natural elements and combining, (3:31) you know, modern science into what it is today. (3:33) Could you explain for listeners a little bit of what Somavetic is, if they haven’t heard (3:37) of it before and what it does and how it helps people? (3:40) Yes. (3:41) So Somavetic is a subtle frequency therapy device.
(3:48) It’s a rest and recovery device. (3:51) And what is inside? (3:53) I briefly mentioned that.(3:54) So inside are different precious stones and minerals and frequency therapy technology.
(4:01) So we combine this, these two, let’s say, approaches and two worlds into one. (4:08) And that’s what’s making Somavetic Somavetic or that’s what’s making it unique. (4:15) And what Somavetic does, it’s it is creating a coherent field around it with a 100 feet radius.
(4:26) And in that coherent field, the basically it is supporting the improved speed of cellular regeneration. (4:40) So, for example, in the current environment, let’s say EMF environment in homes and office spaces and everywhere. (4:50) Of course, there are much more other external stressors.
(4:54) So Somavetic is helping, thanks to the coherent field, to lower these adverse effects of the external stressors on the cells and on the body. (5:07) And it’s helping the body to start the self-healing processes because it’s the body that is doing the healing. (5:19) We just create a space and energy to start it.
(5:25) Love it. And is this something that people have beside their bed? (5:28) Is it on 24-7, only at certain times of the day? (5:31) What does that look like? (5:32) Yeah, so it was designed to be on all the time. (5:36) That means 24-7.
(5:38) And you don’t necessarily need to have it in the bedroom. (5:44) It’s enough to have it in the living room or in the kitchen. (5:48) And the reason is that during the first days, your body is adapting to the frequency.
(5:56) And it might, if you would have it since the first days in your bedroom, it might disturb your sleep for the first few days. (6:04) This is just a temporary, but still we recommend having it in the kitchen or living room. (6:11) Sorry, because the field is big enough to cover to get into your bedroom.
(6:18) So once a week is enough per household, per apartment or a house. (6:27) And the other thing why we don’t, for example, recommend placing it in the bedroom. (6:34) Some people don’t like to have light, additional light in the bedroom.
(6:42) So of course, some of these are designed to be on 24-7 and you can cover them with a cloth or anything. (6:50) So it will block out the light. (6:53) It doesn’t get warm, so it’s perfectly safe to do that.
(6:57) But on the other hand, it’s very unique. (7:02) Each of the Somovetics, the glass corpuses are handmade, hand-blown. (7:08) There are more than 20 people working on each of them.
(7:13) So that’s why it’s nice to have them uncovered. (7:17) Yeah, I find that amazing. (7:19) And most people think to sleep better.
(7:21) It’s block out the blue light, make sure your bedroom environment’s cool. (7:24) And we hear of EMFs and at the beginning, it kind of sounded like it’s a conspiracy theory a few years back.(7:30) But the more science is coming out with it, the more interesting the approaches that we can take with it.
(7:36) And Somovetic being one of them. (7:38) Can you talk a little bit about what EMFs are and why they’re so detrimental to sleep quality and our overall well-being? (7:45) Yes, so EMF stands for electromagnetic frequencies. (7:47) And basically everything that has electricity in it is emitting some kind of EMFs.
(7:59) But especially it came with cell phones and Wi-Fi routers and the cell phone towers. (8:09) Those are the biggest emitters of EMFs. (8:13) Then, of course, there are the wireless headphones.
(8:22) So these EMFs are waves of energy or information devices used to communicate with each other. (8:34) So that’s why it is allowing us to have this conversation right now. (8:39) It is allowing us to have the phone calls and everything, which is great.
(8:45) I mean, I do love the technology, but the safety standards are really, really old. (8:56) They just don’t keep up with the exponential growth of the EMF exposure. (9:03) And at the very beginning, when they were designing the safety standards, (9:08) even the principle behind the safety standards, the very first one, was not correctly designed.
(9:16) So it was designed on the thermal exposure, which was not the right approach. (9:25) And why should we be aware of that? (9:29) And why should we lower the EMF exposure as much as possible? (9:34) It’s because the EMFs basically open the VGCCs, voltage-gated calcium channels in our cells. (9:46) So on a biological level, the calcium gets into the cell (9:51) and is causing the increase of free radicals.
(9:55) So the cell is aging faster. (9:58) But there are more than 20,000 peer-reviewed studies showing the adverse effects on sleep, (10:08) on fertility, on plants, on animals. (10:15) So when you sleep, for example, and you have a Wi-Fi router next to you, (10:20) or close to you, or even your cell phone, it’s interfering with your brainwaves.
(10:27) So it’s interfering with your sleep. (10:31) And that’s the most precious time when the body needs to regenerate. (10:36) So we have to protect that precious time.
(10:40) Yeah, I think that’s so vital. (10:41) And for the people that typically will get a somatobiotic,(10:45) I’m sure there’s a big range of people. (10:47) Everyone from an optimizer, maybe a CEO,(10:50) who’s looking to really optimize and get from a 7 out of 10 to a 10 out of 10, (10:52) to somebody who’s really in an ill state and they’re really just looking to feel better.
(10:57) How long does it typically take for people to start using the device (11:01) to really experience those differences in how they feel the next day? (11:04) Is it right away? (11:05) Does it take a couple weeks to build up? (11:06) What’s that look like? (11:08) Usually it’s the first hours and days when they feel the biggest difference. (11:15) So it starts basically immediately. (11:18) Because the body is all of a sudden in a different energy and energetic environment.
(11:25) And the changes are most noticeable during the first hours and days or nights (11:33) when some people plug it in and they immediately feel something buzzing. (11:41) Or for example, my first experience was when I brought first somatobiotic at home. (11:51) I felt my jaw was buzzing,(11:54) even though you cannot measure the field of the somatobiotic (12:01) with any kind of typical device.
(12:04) There’s no frequencies like Hertz frequencies. (12:07) We can measure it with bioresonance devices. (12:10) But even though I was a couple of feet from the somatobiotic, (12:15) where there’s not even EMF, it’s radiating, (12:20) I could feel my jaw buzzing, my warm on the chest.
(12:25) So there was immediate reaction to the energy shift in the environment. (12:33) And some people may experience, about 20 to 30% may experience, (12:38) we call it like detox symptoms, when the body starts to detox. (12:44) And so you can have like a headache or something, (12:47) but that’s just like the temporary and the body gets rid of that quite fast.
(12:55) But the experience is usually, again, is the first hours and days. (13:00) Amazing. (13:01) How about on a personal level? (13:02) What’s exciting you about the future of biohacking technology? (13:05) Maybe it’s somatobiotic.
(13:06) Where all this is going? (13:07) What do you envision? (13:09) What excites you about the future? (13:12) Well, for me personally, in terms of biohacking, (13:21) I try to approach it and to learn the biohacks (13:27) where I don’t need any additional supplements or technology. (13:33) That’s for me, that’s my personal approach or road that I would like to go. (13:42) Because the more we are dependent on external technologies and helpers and supplements, (13:50) of course, we need to supplement like some things (13:53) because the land is depleted and everything.
(13:58) But for me, it’s the everyday things that we can do, (14:05) the intermittent fasting, the cold showers, (14:09) like all of these things that everyone can implement into their lives (14:18) with no additional cost. (14:22) So this is where I see what I’m excited about. (14:27) Of course, not everybody is comfortable with cold showers, (14:32) and even me, I still didn’t get used to it.
(14:38) But every time I do it, I feel amazing (14:42) and I can see the effects of the energy levels on the sleep and on everything. (14:47) So I love biohacking. (14:50) It’s a really exciting field and area to be in (14:54) because you can see and experience all the newest technologies on the market.
(15:00) At the same time, I don’t want to be dependent on these technologies. (15:08) And so, yeah, I’m trying to add these routines into my life that help me. (15:16) And anyone can do that as well.
(15:18) Great. Love it, Yuri. (15:19) Any last words of wisdom today for our listeners before we close things off? (15:23) Last words of… (15:25) Yeah, basically, I would definitely tell people (15:31) when we are discussing the sleep and EMFs, (15:37) yes, there’s some of it and it helps.
(15:40) We have like tens of thousands of customers (15:42) and less positive experiences and everything. (15:46) But there are things that you can do, (15:50) turning off your Wi-Fi router when you sleep, (15:54) putting your cell phone in flight mode, (15:57) not using wireless headphones,(16:03) doing grounding, intermittent fasting, (16:06) all of these very simple things (16:08) that helps you with the lowering of the EMF exposure. (16:14) They just add up and they really are a great investment (16:19) into your long-term health.
(16:22) And if you have some of it or anything else, (16:26) any other kinds of devices, that’s great.(16:30) But do these things first. (16:34) And yeah, we have a 60-day money-back guarantee on the product (16:39) because we really believe in it and its effects and value.
(16:44) So anyone can try it for two months (16:46) and see if it’s working for them or not. (16:49) And if not, they’ll just can send it back (16:51) and we’ll give them the money back. (16:54) Okay, that’s amazing, Yuri.
(16:56) People wanna find and learn more about you (16:58) and what you do, Somovedic. (16:59) Where can they visit? (17:01) Yeah, so the best place would be to go to somovedic.com (17:06) or on the Instagram accounts of Somovedic official. (17:11) Awesome.
(17:12) And we’ll put all that down in the show notes below. (17:14) Thank you so much today, Yuri.(17:15) I learned a lot and I’m sure our audience did as well.
(17:18) All right, guys. (17:20) Thank you. (17:21) All right, guys.
