Each program is built around significant preparation, time, and resources dedicated specifically to you – including your personalised assessment, the development of your individual protocol, scheduled coaching time, and access to our online programs and materials. Because this work is reserved and prepared for you from the moment you enrol, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable.

How It Works

By enrolling in or purchasing any program, product, or service, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to ask any questions you have before enrolling – simply email us at riley@thesleepconsultant.com and we’ll be glad to make sure the program is the right fit for you. All enquiries should be made in writing.

Why Our Programs Are Non-Refundable

Unlike a physical product that can be returned, our programs deliver value through time and expertise that is committed to you up front and cannot be recovered or re-sold – the review of your intake information, the creation of your customised protocol, your reserved coaching slots, and immediate access to our online materials. For this reason, refunds are not provided once a purchase is made, including for any unused sessions or materials, and regardless of changes in your circumstances or symptoms.

A Note on Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you may have under consumer-protection laws in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
