Who is a good fit for the Sleep Audit Session?
You’re a good fit if:

• You’ll have minimal interruptions over the course of your sleep journey
You’re not a good fit if:

• You have a major medical health condition or an official diagnosed sleep disorder (your doctor should always be consulted for these matters)
